The 10 Questions

- Do you feel sad or depressed for no obvious reason?

Understanding Your Score
- Less than 10: You generally do not experience significant stress.
- 10–20: You experience stress only occasionally.
- 20–25: You experience stress from time to time, though not constantly.
- Above 25: You are highly sensitive to stress and may become stressed even by small issues.
If your stress level is high, it can affect both your physical and mental health.
